Sammy Davis Jr. was an Emmy-award winning American singer, dancer and actor, who broke the color barrier while performing in Las Vegas. He is also known as one of the members of the Rat Pack.

Notable audience members include President John F. Kennedy and mob boss Sam Giancana. As the Rat Pack performs the songs "Come Fly with Me", "Ain't That a Kick in the Head", and "Luck Be a Lady", Rufus Carlin, Lucy Preston, and Wyatt Logan are disguised in the audience as waiters looking for Garcia Flynn.
